What Happens During Your First Visit?
We will review your medical history, insurance, and answer any questions before you see the doctor. Arriving 10 minutes early is appreciated if forms were not completed online.
If needed, we will take low-radiation digital X-rays and intraoral photos to get a complete picture of your oral health before the exam begins.
Dr. Elzayat will evaluate your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health. He takes time to listen and answer every question without rushing.
You will receive clear recommendations, transparent pricing, and all the time you need to ask questions before any treatment begins. No pressure. No surprises.
Many cleanings, fillings, emergencies, and extractions can often be completed during your first visit so you leave with results the same day.
Common New Patient Questions
Most first visits take 60 to 90 minutes. This includes your exam, X-rays, and time with Dr. Elzayat to review your treatment plan. Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended if forms were not completed online.
No. We welcome patients with and without insurance. CareCredit and Cherry financing are available up to 60 months. Our In-House Membership Plan also offers discounted care for uninsured patients.
Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant patient portal. Complete your health history, insurance information, and consent forms from your phone before your appointment. It takes about 5 minutes.
Yes. Emergency exams are available same day for $45 flat including X-rays. Call before noon and we will almost always get you in the same day.
In many cases yes. Cleanings, fillings, extractions, and emergency treatment can often be completed during your first visit. Let us know when booking so we can reserve the time.
Yes. CareCredit and Cherry financing are available with plans up to 60 months. Approvals are often available the same day. We review all options at your free consultation.
